Damaged, expired, recalled or doubtful products are segregated and labelled.
Waste is sorted and stored according to the approved procedure.
Cold-chain or temperature-sensitive products are monitored according to procedure.
Incidents and near misses are recorded and escalated.
No confidential customer information is visible to unauthorised persons.
